Q. How to place an order?

It is a very straight forward process to place an order on our website:

  1. Click on "Buy Now" on the product page of the product you wish to buy

  2. You will now see the shopping cart page, where you can see all products you have added in your shopping cart

  3. Add, delete items as you wish; click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart; else click on “Check Out” to proceed for payment.  (The shopping cart is accessible from any page, by clicking the “Cart” button on top right corner of page)

  4. You will be asked to fill your details such as email address, phone number and delivery address

  5. Thereafter, you will be taken to the Payment page where you can pay and complete the order

 

Q. What are the payment methods available?

We offer various kind of Payment Methods as shown below. Please select the required option on "payment method" page, while checking out:

  • Select "Razorpay" for:
    1. Indian Credit Card – All types
    2. Indian Debit Card – All banks
    3. Net banking – All major Indian banks
    4. Wallets - like airtel money, OLA MONEY, etc.
    5. UPI - unified payments interface
  • Select "Cash on Delivery" to pay cash to our shipper, at your doorstep

      Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

      Log-in your account → Click on “View Addresses” under “Account Details” → click on “Add a new Address”.

       

      Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

      1. Click on “Forgot your password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

      2. Click Submit.

      3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

       

      Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

      Yes, only if the order is still in pending status. Please send an email to our customer care email at care@curiocityworld.in with the message subject “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. You can also use the “contact us” tool.

      Note: Orders that have been shipped will not be cancelled.

       

      Q. What is the product's transaction currency?

      All products transaction currency will be done in Indian Rupees (INR).

       

      Q. How long does the delivery usually take?

      Delivery usually takes about 1-4 working days (3-7 days for remote locations) after an order has been processed for shipping.

      Please allow 1-2 days for order processing and handling.
